To create a green park at the Kasarani Bus Station. The event was organized by the local youth conducting business around the Kasarani Bus Station in collaboration with GLFx Nairobi. The total number of trees planted were 200.
Impact/Outcome:
After the tree planting in the area, the area which was initially a dumpsite was converted into a green park. The communities around acknowledged the park and allocated specific points for garbage collection and the area members of parliament donated dustbins and built lavatories.
